Our child and adolescent counseling services are designed to help young people learn social skills and coping skills so they can overcome a range of challenges. Sometimes we work with children on exploring issues related to the death of a loved one. We teach them how to manage their emotions, decrease worries, help to improve listening skills and decrease impulsivity. We help young people learn more about flexible thinking and provide them with a safe space to practice social skills.
