Clinical Mental Health Therapist Positions
Opportunities for fully licensed master level social workers and professional counselors (LMSW, LPC).
W2 Hybrid Positions: Pay Range is $55 to $80 per clinical hour
Earn up to $115,200+ per year (based on 30 clients per week at $80 an hour for 48 weeks a year). This figure does not include all of the PTO, paid holidays, paid training and more that is earned by full-time employees. The figure is closer to $150,000 when those things are considered).
Part Time, 15 clients per week: All employees earn Paid Time Off, Flexible Schedule, Yearly Stipend for training/supplies once you'd reached 90 days, some Free Training, Fully Furnished Office, paid for meetings, occasional marketing activities and some blog writing, Free Clinical Consultation, $500 Referral Bonus when you refer another therapist who is hired.
Full Time, 25 clients per week: Earn all the benefits listed above plus when meeting the performance criteria for full-time status plus employees earn a monthly stipend to be used toward health, medical and dental insurance, $15,000 life insurance, Paid a Yearly $300 Stipend for supplies/trainings (part time stipend is $150), Initial Stipend is provided after 90 days of successful employment at Best Life Therapy. There is a 90-day probationary period for all employees.

Do you work well with a team, communicate effectively and want to work in a supportive environment? We believe in creating a positive work culture where therapists have the clinical autonomy they deserve while also being able to achieve balance in life. We take care of backend tasks such as credentialing, billing and some of the marketing. Therapists select their own hours and are not forced to maintain unmanageable caseloads or told to do "just one more thing." We're looking for therapists who are available to see 15 clients per week or more. If you have experience working with clients and have demonstrated the ability to provide professional, evidence-based, compassionate care, we'd love to schedule a time to talk more with you!
We are a growing practice and are looking for therapists who would like a long-term opportunity at a group mental health practice. If you are not able to demonstrate a commitment of seeing 15 clients per week for at least 12 to 18 months, this might not be a good fit for you. Our clients are encouraged to attend sessions consistently for the best possible outcome. We are in search of therapists who understand the importance of remaining committed to clients. The length of time to build a full caseload can vary. Some can do this quickly and will be flooded with referrals from people in the community. Some specialize in areas that attract more clients. Those who build quickly typically have networked with people in the community who refer to them. We do take care of paying for marketing ads and more. We also offer free coaching so you will learn strategies to obtain some direct referrals.
Limited Licensed Social Workers also may be considered
W2 Pay Range for Part-Time LLMSWs: $40-$54 per clinical hour with a review 90 days after being hired and a raise is considered at that time. Free supervision and you are paid your admin rate for the time you are being supervised.
Master Level Social Work Interns
We are also interested in taking on a couple of master level social work interns and will consider a BSW intern if they have serious interest in learning more about running a group practice.
