Best Life Therapy offers both online therapy and in-person sessions to any Michigan resident. Clients love the convenience of staying home! Clients are sent a link via text/email 24 hours before the appointment. To access a session, just click on the link at your appointment time. If you prefer in-person, we have two locations, 1063 South State Rd., Suite 8A in Davison. The office is located in a shared suite in the Applewood Plaza. Our new Flint Township location is in the Oak Creek Office Park at 2413 S. Linden Rd., Suite C in Flint. We are planning to add another location and are in the process of hiring more therapists! Check out our Team page to learn more about our therapists. Once you are sure the therapist you'd like to see accepts your insurance, use the "Click Here to Schedule Now" button above. When we receive the request, we will reach out to you for your member ID and group number. Next, we will send you a link to set up your secure client portal. That will need set up quickly so your therapist will have time to review your file. Be sure to upload a copy of the front and back of your insurance card and add a credit card to the file to cover copays, deductibles and no-show/late cancellation fees. Medicaid clients are not charged those fees, but a client's case could be closed if they miss 3 appointments. Our therapists will remain committed to your care. To achieve the best possible outcomes, we need clients to be committed as well.

**************IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MEDICAID CLIENTS*****************
MDHHS is implementing changes that will impact mental health care for Medicaid clients. We have been told by MDHHS that the implementation of required screeners will be coming soon. These screeners will determine who can receive care at Best Life Therapy. Clients who report having severe symptoms at their intake will not be able to be seen by our providers. Per MDHHS, they will be required to go to GHS or their local community mental health center. We have no control over these changes, but we do feel it is appropriate to notify Medicaid recipients since the changes WILL impact where you receive care. While we do sometimes refer clients out to a higher level of care, we feel this notice is necessary as part of our informed consent. We are still accepting new Medicaid clients at this time but feel that it is appropriate to let clients know that the proposed changes could impact where Medicaid clients can receive mental health care. In fact, these changes could impact the entire structure of our mental health care system for Medicaid clients. We will continue to closely monitor changes as we learn about them and will inform Medicaid clients of any changes that could impact them once we have additional information.
